Privacy requests & account deletion
You can request access to your information, a copy, a correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or closure of your Sea Provisions account. You do not need to sign in or create a new account. Crew members whose information was entered by someone else can also contact us directly.
Send your request
Or email asherduben@pantryprovision.com with the subject “Sea Provisions privacy request” or “Delete my Sea Provisions account”. The button opens your email app; your request is sent only when you send the email. If no email app opens, use your usual email service.
- Tell us the action you want, your account email if you have one, and enough information to locate your record, such as your vessel or fleet.
- Include your state/country if you want us to assess rights specific to your location.
- For someone else's information, explain your authority to act for that person.
Do not send passwords, login links, retailer tokens, identity documents or detailed medical information in the initial email. If additional verification is needed, we will explain a proportionate process.
What happens next
- We review the request and verify that it relates to you or a person you are authorized to represent. We may ask for limited additional information.
- We identify the relevant account, crew, operational and service-provider records. Where your organization controls shared business records, we may coordinate with it without making you create another account.
- We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. We explain any permitted extension, information we cannot delete and the specific reason, or any refusal and available appeal.
What deletion covers
Account closure includes review of sign-in access, personal contact/profile information, optional notification tokens, retailer connections, helper access, identifiable crew details and related personal data. Shared voyage records, audit history, support records and backups require separate review; clicking an administrator's Delete button is not a promise that every historical copy disappears.
Information that must be retained for a specific lawful obligation or claim is restricted and kept only as justified. Backup copies and recipients are included in the review and handled within applicable deadlines. Disconnecting Kroger does not delete your retailer account, cancel a retailer order or erase information already held by the retailer.
Withdrawal, appeals and complaints
You can turn off notifications in device settings, disconnect Kroger in the app, and request removal of dietary details or withdrawal of consent by email. The service can continue without optional notifications or a retailer connection; removing dietary inputs can affect plan suitability.
If you disagree with a response, reply with “Privacy appeal” and explain the issue. We will review it and explain the outcome and any applicable complaint route. You may contact your state attorney general or another competent privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
For non-privacy issues, use Support. Read the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
